When will CareCentral launch?
We're currently in the final stages of development. Join the waitlist and you'll be notified as soon as early access opens — Founder Partners are first in.
What does "Founder Partner" pricing mean?
Anyone who joins the waitlist before launch locks in the current pricing for life. If we raise prices as we grow, your rate stays the same — forever.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing date.
Is there a contract?
Plans are billed monthly but require an annual commitment. You'll be billed each month for 12 months — you can cancel at the end of your annual term.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is any staff member added to your CareCentral account — carers, team leaders and managers all count. Admin-only accounts for managers do not count toward your user limit.
Is the free training matrix really free?
Yes — the training matrix is completely free, with no time limit. E-learning modules, certificate generation and CQC export require a paid plan.
How is CareCentral different from other care e-learning platforms?
